Fixes a very annoying bug where we would produce RSA signatures with lengths too long, due to leading zero bytes, very regularly - this meant that certs didn't validate, and I spent many hours trying to figure out why. Must be a bug somewhere I guess, but not worth spending a ton of time investigating
