Tested locally and it works for me, but then I can't dup on my mac with FF, Safari, or Chrome. I've asked @olaservo and @evalstate if they can give it a go, since they're both able to see the issue. |

Motivation and Context
Chrome does not display the Inspector UI full-width, but is instead centered.
