Documents the breaking change from microsoft/aspire#18698 where the Go polyglot code generator now passes a single optional options DTO directly instead of wrapping it in a generated method-options struct.

  • whats-new/aspire-13-5.mdx: add breaking change entry
  • extensibility/multi-language-integration-authoring.mdx: note Go parity (as of 13.5) and add a Go flat-options example alongside the TypeScript one.

Pull request overview

This PR updates Aspire 13.5 documentation to describe the Go polyglot generator breaking change introduced in microsoft/aspire#18698, where a single optional DTO parameter named options is passed directly (flattened) rather than wrapped in a generated method-options struct.

Changes:

  • Add an Aspire 13.5 breaking-change note describing the Go SDK “direct options DTO” call-shape change.
  • Update the multi-language integration authoring guidance to mention Go parity and include a Go “flat options” example alongside TypeScript.
