DateTime.Now versus Stopwatch (or DateTime.UtcNow)

Code such as:
var elapsed = DateTime.Now - _startTime;
(in VSServiceProvider) allows time to travel backward (and is slower) when clocks are resynced or daylight saving finishes.

Would you like me to change all code to use Stopwatch where practical?

It is not critical, but would be useful to fix.

I would suggest to do this after I'll push my changes for VS2015 support (because I reformatted ccrewrite code).

Ok – will stay away from files with pending requests/changes.
The initial reason I was looking into this was the caching side. We are getting slowdown in caching that seems to be resolved by clearing the cache.
The first thing I noticed when I opened the source was datetime.now..
