Previously the table name was included in the description of a table. I've now added the database name, but only in case there are multiple databases configured (actually when there is a custom database router used, which generally is done when there are multiple databases to speak to). This helps us to locate the data which is described in the dbml.
I have also included the verbose name in the description now, in case it is set explicitly.
