Course Facilitation Stand Ups

How should we proceed with stand ups in the context of Lotus? I'm asking because I'm currently adapting the master-reference for the needs of the Lotus Coding School and I'm wondering how to write the facilitation stand up guidelines found at: https://github.com/lotus-coding-school/master-reference/tree/master/facilitation

Suggestion:

To have a weekly stand up with the lead mentor, course facilitator and program manager which could also include a member of Kav Mashve if needed.

A stand up during the week is definitely necessary, we should try to aim for an hour a week and build on from that.

Sounds good 👌 , Dany might want to join these stand ups too and I'd like to participate if that's possible (probably remotely) to try and support the programme as much as I can.

From Lotus's side does the programme manager include both Mais and Mayssa? or would that be a different stand up?

Cool that sounds good, now we need to put it in writing 😸 I think definitely Maysa should be involved, maybe we could ask her if she would like to involve Mais in the process as well.
