Add option to have delay between alarm sounds

Adds option to set a delay between Alarm sounds. This is useful when having a shorter sound that you don't want repeated (Like the uh-oh sound)

Test

The delay between sounds works and is a nice feature to add.

• The delay between sounds is off by default.
• Modifying that value for a particular alarm changes the repeat cadence until the alert is acknowledged or snoozed.
• Once acknowledged or snoozed, the alarm stops.

Issues

For the iOS 18, SE gen 2 phone, the snoozer screen is messed up - the acknowledge button is off the bottom of the screen. Tapping anywhere near the tool bar selected that item in the tool bar. The snooze all button at top (which is supposed to be temporary, hangs around.) See left side of graphic below.

I built on a iPhone 15 pro with iOS 26.2 and the screen looks ok but the Snooze bar still hangs around instead of disappearing. See right side of graphic below.

I made a local clone of this PR plus PR 482 and the alignment issue is fixed.

However, the Snooze button remains firmly entrenched at the top of the Snoozer window.

That needs to be fixed before I can merged these two. And they should be merged together.

With the latest update to PR #482, this PR works as expected.
