Ref: #3 This PR sets up automated testing and CI for the project.
Added
builder/.github/workflows/tests.ymlto automatically run pytest suite on CI.Also added pytests for the binary builder an script runner. Added dependencies for running the tests in
requirements.txt.I also suggest adding pre-commit checks for code quality and formatting checks if this is okay.
