Existing channel disappears when a new channel is created #3005

Actual behavior

A previously created channel disappears from My Channels list after a new channel is created. I experienced also 2 channels disappearing after a new channel is created. The missing channels are still visible under the Settings > Delete Account section and are accessible from there, one can access the channel editor page. The missing channel(s) reappear after some time, after a few refreshes or after it is accessed via the Settings > Delete Account section. The issue is experienced with a fresh account, imported content to channels without making any further manipulations with the content.

Expected behavior

No channels disappear after a new channel is created.

User-facing consequences

Users might accept that some of their content is lost.

No console or Network errors.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Preconditions: Channels created, content imported to them, no other manipulations with the content are being made.

  1. Login to Studio and memorize your channels
  2. Click New Channel button
  3. Fill the mandatory fields and click Create button
  4. Click the Hamburger menu
  5. Click Channels
  6. See how one or more channels are missing from the list
