[WSKS] Force cleanup between stages

Without cleaning up the ClusterPolicies created in the Stage 2 the last lab will not work because of the drop all policy.
We need to put a cleanup at the end of every lab and a notice at the beginning of stage 4 to cleanup the drop all policy.
