- Show the user's profile avatar in the Home screen header (tapping it navigates to Settings)
- Extract avatar loading logic into a shared useProfileAvatar hook, removing duplication between Home and Settings screens
- Add unit tests for useProfileAvatar
- Update deprecated phosphor-react-native icons in Settings to the new *Icon naming convention
