Update to pass ruff 0.15.2

I'm not sure there are any rules in our extend-select that aren't enabled by default anymore, but I left it as is like the other PRs (?).

EDIT: I tried the following and the diff is empty 😁

ruff check --show-settings --config "lint.extend-select=[]" 2>&1 > baseline.txt 
ruff check --show-settings 2>&1 > current.txt
