uuid = uuidv5(@url, github.com/hyperpolymath/vcl-ut) = 581e7dc6-f7d3-5ea5-8841-08da239d6c71 (was a non-deterministic/placeholder value). canonical-name ('vcl-total') left as-is. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
