This is due to an older version of GDB being using in the cross image.

I did confirm these tests work on musl with GNU gdb (Ubuntu 15.0.50.20240403-0ubuntu1) 15.0.50.20240403-git . So we can either disable the tests in musl and work upstream in cross to get the latest versions or we can install the latest version of gdb on cross image (ubuntu 20.04) which isn't straight forward...
