This Tool can help admin to:

Check users status: Organization users information,

Create user and assign licenses and password (instead of random psssword)

Create muti-user by CSV (also can directly assign password)

Remove user and Recover user

Change Password (can import CSV)

Send mail(SMTP) and Check Mail Report(Import Exchange PSSession)

Required install Windows Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell first
