  • macos-15 Arm64 runner does NOT have SwiftLint preinstalled despite it being listed in the macos-15 Readme (which covers the Intel variant)
  • Source: runner-images#14239 (June 15, 2026, open)
  • Fix: brew install swiftlint or use macos-15-intel runner

Updated Entry

• re-268 (runner-environment): ubuntu-2204-deprecation-brownout.yml
  • Added official deprecation/retirement dates from today's runner-images#14254 (June 16, 2026):
    • Deprecation begins: September 17, 2026
    • Full retirement: April 17, 2027
    • Brownout windows: March 23, 30, April 6, 13, 2027 (14:00 UTC)
  • Updated error_messages to include specific dates instead of <DATE> placeholders
  • Added new primary doc link pointing to runner-images#14254
