9 Countries not in List

Hi sir,

First of all thanks for the awesome library you have provided to the developer community. But while I was using it, I found that there are some countries missing. Please add all of them, here is the list:

1. Aland Islands => AX => +358

2. Americal Samoa. => AS => +1684

3. British Indian => IO => +246
   Ocean Territory

4. Guam => GU => +1671

5. Guernsey => GG => +44

6. Jersey => JE => +44

7. Netherland Antilles => AN => +599

8. Norfolk Islands => NF => +672

9. Northern Mariana => MP => +1670
   Islands

10. Saint Martin => MF => +590

Try v2.2.2. It has all these countries except Netherland Antilles due to it's status. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netherlands_Antilles). Thank you.
