supports the latter. Testing is done using clang specific logic and may need to be extended for other compilers. I chose not to add support for __fp16 and __bf16 right now as __fp16 is less useful in being storage only and __bf16 also only supports a subset of operations and was running into undefined symbols during compilation that did not look promising.

Add type bridging between Halide::float16_t and _Float16 if the compiler supports the latter. Testing is done using clang specific logic and may need to be extended for other compilers.
