starting onver on most of USB
also some base USB enum code, probly will change
fixes issue #58
also scans for devices on the hub... works hopefully
still working on issue #60. part of the problem was calling the wrong constructor but there is still an issue with the constructor. probly has to do with paging
there are still debug prints and breakpoints. will be removed later
