This PR adds a validate_environment() check to the OpenMemory sample. It ensures that both OPENMEMORY_API_KEY and GOOGLE_API_KEY are defined in the environment before the FastAPI app initializes. This provides clearer error messages for developers and prevents runtime failures due to missing credentials.
