Create AI agents that assist customers throughout their shopping experience — from discovery to post-purchase — using MCP, ACP, and UCP protocols.

Scope

In scope:

• MCP apps for contextual product/preference data
• ACP (Agentic Commerce Protocol) for full shopping journey automation
• UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol) for checkout execution by agents
• Personalised recommendations and order management via agents

Out of scope:

• Agent marketplace listing (tracked separately [Initiative] Agent Marketplace #34)

Acceptance Criteria

• MCP app can retrieve and surface product context for an agent
• Agent can complete a shopping journey end-to-end via ACP
• UCP checkout flow is executed by an agent in a reference scenario
• All protocol specs are versioned and published in docs/
