Removes the speckit specification-driven development system, including all workflow dispatchers, agents, and supporting infrastructure.

• spec-kit-execute.md - Scheduled executor for pending specifications
• spec-kit-executor.md - Alternative executor implementation
• Corresponding .lock.yml compiled workflow files

• speckit-dispatcher.agent.md - Agent instructions for command routing

.specify Directory (27 files)

• Complete directory structure containing commands, templates, scripts, and spec examples
• commands/ - 9 command implementations (specify, plan, tasks, implement, etc.)
• specs/001-test-feature/ - Example specification files
• scripts/bash/ - Shell script utilities
• templates/ - Specification and plan templates
• memory/constitution.md - Project constitution

Updated References

• pkg/workflow/engine_helpers_test.go - Removed speckit-dispatcher test case
• specs/artifacts.md - Removed workflow sections, updated artifact usage counts
• reports/agent-zoo/page.md - Removed speckit from agent patterns documentation
• docs/copilot-cli-checksum-verification.md - Removed from workflow verification list
