Change from local (Docker) to remote (hosted) GitHub MCP server mode to improve reliability and reduce latency. The local mode was causing the workflow to timeout after 45 minutes consistently across all 7 runs. Remote mode advantages: - Faster connection and initialization - No Docker container overhead - More reliable hosted infrastructure - Reduced timeout risk The change removes the need to download the GitHub MCP Docker image, switching to the hosted MCP server at https://api.githubcopilot.com/mcp/ instead.
