repo-memory is a bit noisy with "errors" that are really expected

The repo-assist now successfully runs on my upstream repository. Can create a report and label issues.

I believe these "errors" happen when the branch doesn't exist. If so these should not be listed as errors or warnings at all unless somehow they represent true error conditions

The EACCESS error in the image may be a true error/warning, not sure, needs investigation
