The upgrade was completely trivial. There are no changes that are relevant to our extractor.
Evaluations look good (typescript-full, nightly (with meta)).
Extraction of this file has started failing with the error
Error: File appears to be binary..The error comes from the TypeScript compiler, and is the result of this TS PR (which I don't see mentioned in the release notes).
