Overview

libggml-htp-v79.so was built by CMakeLists.txt alongside v68/v69/v73/v75/v81, but was accidentally omitted from both [SourceDisksFiles] and [Drivers_Dir] sections in the INF file.

Add the missing entry to both sections.
