Overview
libggml-htp-v79.sowas built by CMakeLists.txt alongside v68/v69/v73/v75/v81, but was accidentally omitted from both[SourceDisksFiles]and[Drivers_Dir]sections in the INF file.Add the missing entry to both sections.
