General question on Arroyo

Hello, sorry to to disturb but I'm hoping to resolve some confusion.

Is this project related to the stream processing framework under the same name Arroyo? I was getting the feeling this library may be providing Python bindings to the Arroyo API but I don't see it stated anywhere explicitly.
