This set the palemoon <https://www.palemoon.org/> as the de-facto best privacy browser I've been able to currently find.
As version 3.6 of python is about to be rather "old" i've set the sample verison to 3.8, but should probably have been `>=3.8.4`
This should be fixing <#108>
As I was about to alter the `docs/configuration/core.rst` It crossed my mind this could be better, that's it
