Change the default for --spilo-cpu-requests-percentage from 50 to 25, and add --spilo-memory-requests-percentage (default 90) so memory requests can be set to a configurable fraction of the memory limit instead of being pinned to it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
