- Added Changesets configuration and documentation for managing versioning and releases.
- Updated package.json to include release scripts and added @changesets/cli as a dev dependency.
- Created CI/CD workflow for automated testing and release processes.

- Changed the version specifier for @changesets/cli in package.json and pnpm-lock.yaml to allow for minor version updates.
- Changed release title and commit message to specify the release of @epilot/pricing. - Enabled creation of GitHub releases during the CI/CD process.
