Deviation in model

As I see there is only one ticket about tallying however in the deviation model there are a lot of occurences. There will be more ticket about it? Or can I create the Tally object from the model?

Well, some of the deviations are not yet turned into issues. It is done by hand for now. If you want to grab one, then create an issue, make sure that it contains everything between "issue markup:" and "related issue", and grab it.
