Restore rebase-regressed STT/TTS and recent active models UI wiring

Regression recovery task on branch dev after rebase.

Context:

• Backup tag: dev-backup-20260509-031153
• Current HEAD: 9cd6ece29
• Likely dropped commits:
  • 7e2b59d82 (browser voice controls + Edge TTS)
  • b04367638 (Recently Active dashboard/session tree/worktree visibility)

Goals:

1. Restore STT in prompt input (browser speech recognition mic capture to prompt).
2. Restore TTS playback controls in prompt flow (adapted to current architecture).
3. Verify and restore recent active models wiring (picker + any related interactions).
4. Update fork.md with recovered fixes and source references.
5. Run typecheck/tests from package dirs.

Will keep changes minimal and architecture-compatible.

Progress update: initial regression restoration landed locally (STT/TTS/recent model wiring) and checks passed. A focused code review found two medium issues we are now patching:

1. mic startup cancellation race while state is starting.
2. muting auto-speak does not stop active /tts/edge audio playback.
   Will post final validation and file list after applying fixes.

Final status: ✅ regression recovery completed locally on dev.

Recovered:

• STT mic capture + transcript insertion in prompt input.
• Assistant TTS auto-play using /tts/edge with speech-synthesis fallback.
• Recent-model picker grouping/order wiring (Recently Used).
• Runtime adapter guards required by voice flows.
• Added voice icons and settings toggle (voice.autoSpeak) and documented recovery in FORK.md with source refs.

Follow-up review fixes applied:

• startup cancellation race in mic flow fixed.
• muting auto-speak now stops active Edge audio playback (not just speech synthesis fallback).

Validation run:

• cd packages/ui && bun typecheck ✅

Remaining risk:

• Voice toast strings are currently hardcoded English (no new i18n keys added).
