Missing -d and -v options on Linux for corerun

It seems that the -d and -v options (available on Windows) are missing on Linux. Shouldn't they be there as well to ensure consistency between platforms?

Since the Unix style API is exposed everywhere, it might make sense to move away from the Windows specific corerun/coreconsole in favour of the xplat versions, and then there would be no difference in features between the two.
