[XM] `CreateInstallerPackage` run again unnecessarily after full build with no changes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create XM project
2. Open project options - Build -> Mac Build
3. Turn Create installer package on
4. Build it
5. Run it

Expected Behavior

It runs right away. There is no build step because it was built just before that.

Actual Behavior

It builds it again and run it only after that step.
Also CreateInstallerPackage task runs again.
