Seems Apple silicon CPU is not supported

When I executed the command:

zsh: bad CPU type in executable: ./dotnet-core-uninstall

@carusyte The Intel executable should be useable. You may need to install Rosetta on your macOS machine. See "If you need to install Rosetta on your Mac".

The tool is build for osx-x64 but not osx-arm64:

I don't know why the RIDs are defined for only win-x86 and osx-x64.
