Bump DemaConsulting.Rendering to 0.1.0-beta.8 and regenerate gallery#38

- Updated DemaConsulting.Rendering.Layout/Svg/Skia package references from 0.1.0-beta.7 to 0.1.0-beta.8 in Core, Tool, and Tests projects. - Full build (net8.0/net9.0/net10.0) and test suite (492 tests x3 TFMs + 355 Tool.Tests) pass clean against the new package version. - Regenerated the entire gallery (all 10 models, SVG + PNG) against the updated layout engine. Several diagrams show improved layout/routing (e.g. DroneGeneralView's canvas height shrank from 1487 to 1312, removing the large vertical gap around the PowerBus block noted in prior review).
