…mand (AC #9-#31) - Add 'migrate' to _STATES after 'plan'; _FORWARD['migrate']='p-review'; _NEXT_ACTION['migrate']='Migrate'; extend _check_forward_preconditions to handle 'migrate' with same RESEARCH_PLAN.md check as 'plan'. - Refactor _scaffold_subproject to use kbutillib.layout.subproject_subdirs, render notebooks/util.py from Jinja template, drop references.md, add adopted: bool param. - Add kbu subproject adopt command with all 6 pre-flight refusal rules: bootstrapped check, path-exists, no destination conflict, no path overlap, cross-repo git guard, warn on zero .ipynb; shutil.move to archive/, write manifest with status='migrate', call write_adoption_notes, append per-subproject gitignore block. - Update create_cmd to call _scaffold_subproject(adopted=False) explicitly. - Add test_subproject_adopt.py covering AC #9-#31 (35 tests, all pass). - Patch test_subproject.py _seed_artifacts_for to handle 'migrate' state.
