Implements kbu init and kbu doctor per PRD kbu-start-v1 (AC #15, #16, #17, #26, #39, #40, #41). - kbu init: creates venv (venvman if present on macOS, else .venv), pip-installs editable, registers kbutillib Jupyter kernel, writes marker at ~/.config/kbu/init_done.json (XDG_CONFIG_HOME respected). venvman failure falls back to python -m venv with a stderr warning. Non-macOS without KBU_PLATFORM_OVERRIDE=force prints v1 message + exits 1. - kbu init --status: exits 0/1/2 per marker + venv_python presence. - kbu init --update: git pull + pip install -e --upgrade. - kbu doctor: 5 probes (init-done, cursor-on-path, claude-extension, kbu-version, jupyter-kernel), each printed as [PASS|FAIL|SKIP]. Exits 0 if all PASS/SKIP, 1 if any FAIL. - 34 tests in tests/cli/test_init.py; all pass. No regressions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
