…ommit so I made a simplified csv file with a just a few hurricanes. Played around with the python geoplotlib package and was able to get a working map with dots representing hurricane positions. Created another Layer class that allows me to draw lines between the points. TODO: analyze csv file to arrange hurricane positions into individual path array and then feed in an array of path arrays into the Layer class.
to obtain data from NOAA by reading in CSV files from a FTP server. TODO: implement Bokeh stuff, figure out winds and a few other Hurricane attributes, tie everything together in Model class
