[BUG] shift + Enter do not create new lines with snacks provider

Bug Description

If claudecode.nvim is configure to use snacks provider, when pressing shift + Enter
no new line are created.

Expected Behavior

If the provider is set as "native" (or snacks is not installed), the shift + Enter command in claude code works.

Environment

• Neovim version: [0.11.0]
• Claude Code CLI version: [1.0.48]
• OS: [macOS 15.4.1]
• claudecode.nvim version: [91357d8]
• Snacks.nvim version: [bc0630e43be5699bb94dadc302c0d21615421d93]

For macOS there is the workaround to use Option+Enter instead of Ctrl+Enter.

oh, I find a new way to create new line:
insert mode, input \<CR>, it is useful.
