Pre-submission checklist

If you're adding a new maintainer to the CSV file, please review each of these actions as well:

• The maintainer has updated their LFX Individual Dashboard profile.
• You've sent an email with the addresses to cncf-maintainer-changes@cncf.io for access to Service Desk and mailing lists.
• Optional: You've also sent a PR with updates to cncf/gitdm.

I’m not entirely sure what “updated” means in this context “The maintainer has updated their LFX Individual Dashboard profile”. I created my profile, not sure if there is something special I need to update in it.

@cgwalters We did not create or update any profiles as part of the initial submission; I didn't see it listed in the onboarding checklist, so I didn't want to bother all the maintainers to do it if it wasn't necessary.

I've updated the issue template to say "create or update" your maintainer profile. It's a relatively new ask, and helps correlate maintainers for project health tools like LFX Insights.

All folks have been added to the CNCF maintainer list and Service Desk (Jira). They'll be added to the mailing list for bootc once it's created.

FYI @riaankleinhans on the mailing list (invitees can now be pulled from the maintainer list).
