Update a number of dependencies

This commit goes through the dependencies that wasmtime has and updates
versions where possible. This notably brings in a wasmparser/wast update
which has some simd spec changes with new instructions. Otherwise most
of these are just routine updates.

Hm yeah so the duplicates are:

• itertools since zstd-sys depends on an older version. The master branch of zstd-sys, however, drops the dependency altogether
• rand crates (and subcrates in this ecosystem). This is because shuffling-allocator depends on 0.7 (I'm fixing this in Update rand dependency to 0.8 fitzgen/shuffling-allocator#2) and proptest 0.10 which has a fix at Update rand to 0.8, rand_chacha to 0.3 and rand_xorshift to 0.3 proptest-rs/proptest#220.

I'll probably just add some whitelist exceptions for these since they're not really that relevant to wasmtime itself anyway.
