function list is out of date with the recent gizmo api

I found that some recent gizmo apis such as 'HasR', 'Uri', 'Except' etc are missing in current repo. can you sync the functions with the cayley api?

In Cayley we use a script to generate documentation for Gizmo API. We can modify this program to return a JSON with all the definitions, so they can be used to automatically generate function stubs for pyley as well.

If the method definitions will come from an automatically generated JSONs methods will be automatically updated when Cayley is updated.
