Cherry-pick of block/buzz PR block#1415 (getOwnedRelayWorkingAgents + mergeWorkingAgents → useManagedAgentObserverBridge). Provider-deployed (owned-but-remote) agents were excluded from knownAgentPubkeys, so the desktop dropped their kind-24200 observer frames client-side and the activity panel stayed dark. This merges owned-remote agents (relay profile ownerPubkey == viewer) into the observer bridge that populates the trust set. Includes the PR's diagnostic [pill-diag] logging (harmless; strip later).
