Steps to reproduce
- Install Claude Code natively on Windows and verify claude is accessible in the user PATH.
- Launch the Buzz.
- Advance through the initial wizard until the Claude step.
- Observe the UI error: "CLI detected, ACP missing".
- Notice multiple terminal instances flashing and opening/closing in a loop.
