Windows installer loop - "CLI detected, ACP missing" for Claude Code

When opening Buzz on Windows, the application successfully checks the PATH and notes that the CLI is detected. However, it displays a validation failure stating "CLI detected, ACP missing". Simultaneously, it forces a continuous loop of background terminal windows opening and flashing indefinitely.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Claude Code natively on Windows and verify claude is accessible in the user PATH.
2. Launch the Buzz.
3. Advance through the initial wizard until the Claude step.
4. Observe the UI error: "CLI detected, ACP missing".
5. Notice multiple terminal instances flashing and opening/closing in a loop.

🤖 Thanks for the report — the continuous loop of flashing terminal windows was the key detail. That loop was Buzz probing bash.exe and repeatedly hitting the Windows Store WindowsApps alias, which boots WSL on every probe; #2587 (5afa16157) now detects and skips that alias (is_windows_apps_alias in git_bash.rs) and suppresses the console windows. The underlying "CLI detected, ACP missing" install failure was the Windows PATH bug fixed in #2563 (cca16635d). Both ship in v0.4.25. Closing as resolved; please reopen if setup still fails on v0.4.25 or later.
