@microbit-sam Could you squash this branch into a single commit? That would help us when merging the same thing into the master and beta branches at different points (using "squash and merge" causes different commit hashes).

@microbit-sam I think the help panel isn't fully responsive, this is just from dragging the corner to adjust screen size. I felt like it should snap to the help icon when the screen size becomes smaller. It's not a typical user interaction though.

That's a good catch @microbit-mark!
I think for the sake of simplicity it might be better to simply attach a resize event listener, and close the help menu when the viewport size changes.
@microbit-mark could you open this as an issue in this repo so we can add it to the backlog?
