LGTM as long as all test cases can pass with CUDA 11.0.
btw, are we going to maintain the compatibility to CUDA 10? If so we probably need to figure out a way to run CIs for both versions, although it seems too much for the CI. If not, then we need to make sure we list this environment change in the release note.

It seems like the host version of CUDA has to match what is running in the containers (supposedly this is not the case, but making the versions match fixed all the issues we were seeing). If we want to test against CUDA 10 and 11, were going to have to partition the GPU nodes. |
