This PR adds the TVMScript parser/ir_builder support based on the blockbuilder. This commit contains the non-relax portions from apache#13932. This PR contains the non-relax portions of #13932 and #14132, which would be useful to have in the main branch of TVM. This upstreaming is part of the TVMScript round-trip improvements described here, specifically to support the
I.module_attrs(...)annotations.I've preserved the co-author listing for the two Unity PRs. Please let me know if there is anybody I missed, or if anybody would like to be removed.
