@mehrdadh Jenkins got reset again for some reason, went in and re-enabled it manually and sent a commit to this PR to fully re-trigger CI, it seems like it's working now: https://ci.tlcpack.ai/blue/organizations/jenkins/tvm-minimal-cross-isa/detail/PR-13942/6/pipeline/60#step-81-log-1 |

This PR enables USE_MICRO in cross compilation build. This is part of ongoing efforts on enabling microTVM in default TVM build.
