[Bug] [Hexagon] AOT cDSP crash and exception after exit

Expected behavior

AOT module tests should complete and exit cleanly

Actual behavior

There is a DSP crash after the test exits (successfully)

Steps to reproduce

pytest -sv tests/python/contrib/test_hexagon/test_launcher.py::test_aot_executor --hexagon-debug
